St. Johns Main Street depends on contributions from businesses and community members to support the history, commerce and culture of downtown. Whether you can donate money, time, and/or talent, we are grateful for the support you are able to provide.

JOIN A COMMITTEE
Main Street utilizes the four point approach, a unique economic development tool, to help communities revitalize their districts by leveraging local assets. The four points – Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Restructuring – work together to build a sustainable and complete community revitalization effort.

Volunteer
Below are our greatest needs for volunteer help, but we have all sorts of projects for all sorts of skills! If you are interested in volunteering, please drop us a line at info@stjohnsmainstreet.org. And THANK YOU!
Web Developer: Create a customized Google map to showcase St. Johns businesses.
Writer: Write articles or blurbs to be included in newsletters and help write content for the new website.
Graphic Designer: Create flyers, posters, invitations, and newspaper layout.
Marketing/Public Relations: Write press releases, develop relationships with the media, and/or coordinate the quarterly Gazette.
Block Captain: Distribute information to area business as well as collect and report feedback.
Foot Patrol: Walk St. Johns with a few of your neighbors to help deter crime and increase safety in the district.
Graffiti Abatement Team: Help remove graffiti and other vandalism from signs, poles, and trash cans. Vests and supplies are provided.
Office Support: Answer the phone, prepare mailings, filing, and other administrative tasks.
